1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Murray Apps ("Service"), operated by Murray Apps LLC located at 79 Smith Lane, Medford, NY 11763, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Murray Apps provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers phone calls on behalf of your business. The Service includes a dedicated phone number, an AI voice agent, call logging, transcript generation, and a web-based dashboard for managing your account.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Murray Apps offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you may cancel at any time at no charge. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan at the current rate ($97/month) unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may update your payment information or cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to make or receive calls that violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to telemarketing regulations, spam laws, or privacy laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and store call data, transcripts, and contact information to provide the Service. We treat your data with care and do not sell personal information to third parties. Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only through your authenticated dashboard account.

10. Limitation of Liability

Murray Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed calls, inaccurate transcriptions, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
