Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Murray Apps offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service including your own AI voice receptionist and dedicated phone number.

You may cancel at any time during the 7-day trial at no charge. If you cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will not be charged.

Monthly Subscription

After the 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan at $97 per month. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Your AI receptionist and phone number will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
• Your call history and account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Refunds

No refunds are provided for partial months. Once a billing cycle has begun, the charge for that month is final. We encourage you to take full advantage of the 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before committing.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Murray Apps dashboard.
2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
3. Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe Customer Portal.
4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
